Very flexible with a laissez-faire attendance and semi-pressure free environment. There are good people here that want to succeed. Good small company but with small companies come small growth opportunities.

A small company with great ideas that are not always acted upon. The talents of the employees are wasted on having to juggle too many duties. The top has lost focus on growing the business and has seemed to become complacent in growth.
