      Get a new email address every 2-3 years as we change the name with every CEO

      Cons

      Terrible, dishonest compensation UK- level pay for the US If you are a recent grad, don’t even apply. Every current employee is leaving as fast as possible. I guess Jason Windsor will turn off the light?

      Super flat org structure. Very personable team. Hybrid work structure. 3 days in office.

      Cons

      Some of the members of your team were in other locations. Lots of online meetings.
