In this organization, there is too much senior-junior culture. On the 4th day after joining, she literally started forcing me to call her “Madam” instead of using her name (Ashwini). She repeatedly poked me 3–4 times to say “Madam” because she has been working here for more than 3 years, I think. I also experienced another incident. One day, the stand-up meeting for that day had already been conducted by the TL and MD, but they were late as usual, so they were absent from the meeting. Only one developer and I were present when she and the PM came later. During that time, she insulted me and said, “This is a stand-up meeting." Really not understand that which company conduct 2 scrum meeting in a day without TL without developers(they are not on leave) Almost every alternate day, she try to humiliate me.

Project timelines can occasionally be tight during peak periods. Processes and communication can be further streamlined for better efficiency. More structured career growth and training programs would be beneficial. Resource allocation could be improved during high-workload phases.
