Abilia's revenue has exploded in the past few years, but salary raises can no longer be negotiated and raises are really bad. Also: our yearly bonus is going down as well. The feeling among people are shifting, people are feeling less valued over time. Combined with weak leadership, a lack of transparency and that the entire company is incompetent when it comes to developing products. It's basically a sales company whose leadership puts very little effort into trying to build great products.

There is a good work life balance.

There is a low performance culture.
