Weekend pay is good, Customers are lovely, Community hours are mainly day shifts and you get to do fun activities.
Cons
Little support from management other than the initial induction. Hours are quite unpredictable at first. Management doesn't care about you as an individual and often make administrative errors. Scheduling often guilts you into picking up shifts.
