      Hires felons, family oriented, good stepping stool to a better career with Miami-Dade County, City of Miami, etc.

      Cons

      Grievances are only looked at from one side, usually the supervisor. Favoritism is rampant throughout the company. Personal feelings interfere with business proceedings.
