Food on-site, even if its not the best. Health Fitness center and PAID insurance if you are engaged in the wellness program. Monthly/quarterly up-to-date meetings with the CEO about the company, and personal 1:1 time if you want to talk further. Leadership and growth opportunity if you're willing to work hard and learn. Competitive pay, not to be confused with free hand out money. You have to be valuable and earn it, but its there.

Very micro managed. ETW is a underdeveloped program that relies heavily on the opinions of the person who scores you. It is very subjective scoring from manager to manager or focal to focal. One person may think you are great, and another may think you are terrible. Or for example, if you bust your butt every day and have a single shortcoming, you will score a 7.
