Like any young company, there are good months and tougher months. This tension is eased by the entire team's commitment to the company, leadership that knows how to motivate and re-align, and an overall upwards growth trend. This is the beauty of a start-up.

You'll learn a lot in a very short period of time. Lots going on, so the ability to thrive in chaotic environments is a plus.

You switch gears quite frequently - lots of projects end up not seeing the light of day, and there's a strong push to ship fast (not always the best approach for everything).
