My original desires to work at Able were all fulfilled during my 16 months there: - Great culture filled with people who genuinely care about each other - Founders who are humble, wise, approachable, and role models to aspiring entrepreneurs - Growing start-up that's trending upwards - Work/life balance

Like any young company, there are good months and tougher months. This tension is eased by the entire team's commitment to the company, leadership that knows how to motivate and re-align, and an overall upwards growth trend. This is the beauty of a start-up.

Pros: - one of the better known start ups in Austin

- The employees are straight up mean & conniving, felt like I was in middle school with people making person attacks about other employees - Don't really listen to feedback/ideas - Focusing on wrong things/poor strategy - The company isn't doing as well as it seems. anyone who works here after a few weeks can see that easily - Not exactly the most ethical people. - "start-up culture gone wrong"
