      Pros

      Chaotic at times, but what insurance disaster restoration company isn't. Great place to work and you are rewarded for common sense problem solving, hard work, and a positive attitude.

      Cons

      Demanding hours, tough working conditions, but the busy work comes with the bad weather and at all times of the night. Love that OT and on-call bonus though.
