Incredible colleagues, great environment. The platform that Ablynx has holds a big potential and many possibilities for development/delivery. Company is able to hold strong partners and receive top notch results from clinical studies. Social activities and events are also a positive point to the company.

Salary restriction for newcomers can be quite unfair. There are basically bigger gaps between people under the same title within the same company. Another negative point is that the workload can differ from one person to another while they are valued the same. It does not motivate you to do more if you are not recognized.

Salary does not really compare well to similar companies in Belgium but is slightly offset by stability of employment. The other main con is that it's a very hierarchical organization, which lacks any real career development for junior or technical positions. Having a very strong platform also causes some apathy with regards to technological innovation.
