Incredible colleagues, great environment. The platform that Ablynx has holds a big potential and many possibilities for development/delivery. Company is able to hold strong partners and receive top notch results from clinical studies. Social activities and events are also a positive point to the company.

Salary restriction for newcomers can be quite unfair. There are basically bigger gaps between people under the same title within the same company. Another negative point is that the workload can differ from one person to another while they are valued the same. It does not motivate you to do more if you are not recognized.

Innovative, if you are lucky to work in a small group. Nice technology and future prospects. New high tech building.

Personal development is not encouraged. Big differences in approach to work load in between departments. It seems that the one department gets all the credits for the work of the whole company.
