Pros
In a good run you're kept busy enough which makes time move quickly. Met some nice colleagues.
Cons
Senior management (not just one person) are living in the past to the point of completely unacceptable. Others are deeply racist. A lot of unresolved bullying. Problematic staff members aren't dealt with, if anything they're rewarded - as if appeasing them will keep them quiet. Had a relatively traumatic time working here.
