There are a lot of amazing people who work here that want to make a difference.

They are incredibly resistant to change to a fault, which could be fine if the current system worked. Their CAD system is all over the place and they refuse to accept that they don't conform to industry standards. They have mediocre benefits and severely underpay employees. Expect a 1-2% annual raise. It’s also not uncommon for them to fire a coworker on a Wednesday in the morning, which isn’t great for morale.
