The environment was toxic, with manipulative behavior from certain colleagues and leadership, making it difficult to trust anyone. Instead of constructive feedback or mentorship, there was only pressure and blame when targets weren’t met—even though no one provided the tools or knowledge to succeed. If you value professional growth, transparency, or a healthy work environment, look elsewhere. This company needs major improvements in leadership, training, and culture.
