You get to work with nice people. Diversity. You can take leave. Quarterly incentives.
Cons
Even when u you exceed targets and do more than what is expected of you, it is not recognized at all. Except in a group email. But whatever you sell 100 products in a year or 2000 products in a year, your inventive stays the same. They make it difficult to move between roles internally.
