      No pros as of my experience.

      Cons

      No PF. No insurance. Full time camera should be on even if you are looking at your keyboard they'll ask if you are on your phone. They don't push new comers. No systematic work by the company and wants the employee to do every work.

      You have to sit in front of the camera till 6pm to 3:30am US hours.

      Not good for junior. worked on 1 month ,never get salary .worse work culture and toxic environment.
