Pros
You won’t get a decent bonus as a thank you, but they’ll pay you in beer. This is one of those millennial nightmare companies that doesn’t pay you enough to put up with them, but they’ll give you perks instead like beer and pizza. At least they have health insurance. I’ll give them that.
Cons
Too much to list out. Everyone points fingers at each other to avoid getting humiliated by the bosses and higher ups. This place just bandaids the problems to cut costs and blame their employees when things start to get out of control. Absolute Merch and The Taste Of Ink are the exact same company so read those reviews as well. Don’t be fooled. They’ve had multiple people walk out and quit recently. Nothing good from working here and there is a reason there is so much room for growth. It’s only because everyone is quitting.
