Payment of Wages Act — stipend tied to client funds (they keep one month salary on hold and pay after 25th of next month minimum that could extend further depends on their payment by their clients)
Section 27, Indian Contract Act — void non compete (the offer letter they have provided me have many clauses that do not comply legally)
