I can't think of any pros.

Constant lies from management, you cannot trust them. They state they give annual reviews for wage increases, but they don't, they will actually decrease your wage. They do not honor things they say, so make sure to get every single thing they offer in writing if you're planning on getting hired. No 401k matching. No wage increases. No promotions. Will not pay for certifications, despite saying they will in hiring process. Enforces required vaccines only for certain employees, not all. Will expect you to go wildly outside of your job scope without compensation/recognition. They claim unlimited PTO but don't allow you to actually take it, and since you don't earn PTO you can't take time off. Terrible work/life balance.
