      Pay is very competitive in comparison to other companies in the managed care industry

      Cons

      Entry level employees are over worked and have challenges with maintaining a work-life balance. The company will unexpected employee cuts to save money so job security doesn't really exist. The training is very minimal and generalized for management and higher positions.
