Terrible organisation to work for!! - Anonymous employee Absolute Vision Technologies Employee Review

I have been a contractor for AVT for 1 year now. AVT are innovative, high level problem solvers and customisation experts. I see many companies come to AVT with issues from previous implementations they can not resolve and AVT has always followed through with a smart solution that is holistic as opposed to a band-aid.

Challenge is the more appropriate word to use than 'Cons,' AVT works smart, agile and adjusts to customers needs which at times can expect the staff to constantly multi-task and prioritise jobs over others. Meeting the clients expectation goes hand in hand with this challenge. The team continues to grow with account managers and project managers to face this challenge.

- Awesome technically minded employees - Flexability to work from home - As much information as you could possibly desire and guidence to achieve business goals and personal goals - New tools, processes and structure put into place to help scale the business

No cons from my perspective. Simple and fair rule, work hard and be rewarded.
