      Cons

      Lack of genuine empathy, unwillingness to reflect, and a tendency to deflect rather than listen. Hierarchy was prioritized over collaboration, and differing opinions were often shut down rather than heard.

      Way too many to mention....but I'll try... - Fast paced in a positive efficient manner - Incredible culture - Amazing colleagues - Great office environment - Flexible working patterns - Super leadership & the founders are world class - Loads of opportunity for growth, short term & longer term - Exciting projects and products

      Honestly.... none...probably one of the best companies I've been honoured to work for.
