      Pros

      They will hire anyone with a pulse. If the owner thinks you like him,you don't have to do your job. He will hire someone desperate, and unqualified to do it for you. Working at Abstract is like a party, especially if your young and like to party.

      Cons

      "Lie, cheat, steal." Is there business model. This company was founded on creating the illusion of legitimacy. Not much has changed.

      - Barely any paid time off - Almost exclusively cold calling sales - Very low, uncompetitive base pay - Poor benefits - Rampant nepotism/favoritism - Boys club & bro culture pervasive - Zero career advancement opportunity - No HR whatsoever - Somewhat sketchy & predatory business model - Extremely dysfunctional & outdated company software - High turnover rate - Poor top-down communication - Sales skill development completely ignored - Salespeople do everything, no support - Working from home strictly forbidden
