The owners take micromanagement to the next level, they claim to be flexible but are not, lack of communication, will force you to take PTO days and then write you up for using too much PTO

It's a great feeling to know that you've not only educated someone about Medicare, but provided them with the best possible coverage based on their needs. As someone who's been in a sales/marketing role prior to this for over 10+ years, I feel incredibly supported by management and the rest of the staff. Flexible hours, good pay and remote capability.
