Pros

Some great people to work along side of. especially when you are working nights and weekends and 60+ hours a week. Super smart science. Could have great potential

Cons

Terrible C suite rude and obnoxious. Upper management on site out of touch with reality. Instituted a raise your hand policy then told to be quiet. when you do. Very unsafe environment, just waiting for a major incident. Head of Operations who oversees half of site is completely out of touch and unaware of what it takes to run operations.
