High salary to hold you hostage because that is what you will budget for but then you are freaking stuck. Insurance is free but most providers will not accept it Some people are really nice
Cons
I don’t have enough time to waste and write all that is wrong with this scheme of a company Just do yourself a favor and don’t believe what they promise you You will be left on your own to fail and be blamed No one is going to teach you anything or train you on anything because everyone is overworked and trying to survive. You will not be working from home You will not be working 4 days a week only You will be working day and night and all weekend and still will be treated horribly. No one will thank you even if you sacrifice your every second. You will not see you family or friends or go any where or be able to use your PTO and you will be miserable and at the end would worry about layoffs night and day Company is in debt like numbers you cannot imagine.
