They are racist, there's no work life balance. If you are a person of colour I advise you to steer clear of this company. They come up with all sorts of lies against your person and character and the worst part is that you are not giving an opportunity to defend yourself!. If you are a mum and a person of colour steer clear! Whilst it is ok for the their fellow white mums to juggle school runs with work, the same cant be said for a black person. You are instead attacked and criticized for the occasional school runs. The leadership team are bullys! They bully everyone, and what's interesting is that this is the same feedback they've received over the years. Instead of addressing the root cause they decided a name change will solve it, lies!!!
