It's a private, family-owned and operated business and everyone has access to the CEO. Ownership and upper management do not shy away from issues and are constantly evaluating how to improve. The atmosphere is friendly but competitive and strives to maximize the talents of each associate. If you're willing to work hard and are motivated to solve internal and external issues, you will be recognized and rewarded. This banks seeks to grow and profit which can be both exciting and stressful but equally important is maintaining a family-oriented and compassionate environment.
Cons
The bank has all the technology to meet customer needs, but management still dedicates a huge amount of resources to providing live and person to person customer service solutions through branches, call center, web chat and free financial education, counseling and assistance. Even with these efforts, the bank still often struggles to fully meet demand (call hold times can be frustrating).
