Pros
Downtown is fun with parking paid for by the bank. Plenty of places for lunch. Executive management is good, but quiet. I think I make a difference. If you're good at your job, a promotion won't take long in a growing organization I'm never bored. Salary is decent. Game room on the second floor is great. Gym at TPAV is free with decent equpment Flexible hours make up for a lot.
Cons
If you're used to parking right by the bank in the suburbs, get used to parking and walking. Add 10 minutes to what you expect your commute to be. 1% earnings tax applies even if you live in KS or outside of the KC Metro
