Pros
Moving Up, Opportunities to Learn, Understanding & Family Oriented Environment. They've revitalized their pay system, I've worked there 2 years and am seeing amazing movement to not only help employees but clients as well. Their reaction to COVID has been amazing, the support of the higher ups is much more than I've seen in my husband's job. Also, the benefits are great, they match your 401k at a percentage that is higher than regular customer service.
Cons
There is a bit of a scramble if someone is not able to come in, which can lead to longer hours, but other branches to dive in to help out to ease the burden. Also, there are always rude customers or Walmart employees but to be honest, I come from fast food and that was 300% worse.
