Long shifts and barely give you a 30 minute lunch and when they do they interrupt it several times since they are so short staffed. Constantly expecting employees to work at different branches due to short staffing and even made us drive to St. Louis from Springfield. Management doesn’t understand how the bank is ran so days they are there they are little to no help. Pay is absolutely terrible and the company continues to cut costs for customers and then say they can’t afford to give you a raise. There are SO many other banks that are actually going somewhere and pay way more. Do not waste your time here.
