      Family owned and managed. Thoughtful decision making. Limited political agendas in middle management based on team approach that emanates from the top. Managers in lending and operations across the company work well together.

      Cons

      Compensation is adequate, but incentives for performance get diluted over time. Communication about employees coming and going is poor. Training for junior employees comes and goes.
