Pros
Personal Shopper's mainly focus on fulfilling online orders. It allows investigative people who enjoy looking places outside of the box. Time goes by quickly and with enough common sense the work is manageable.
Cons
Often times, items can't be found and you need support of others and management. I've had a mix of managers who are happily willing to help and others who would rather do anything else. I also had to push off my lunch break as the only one on the job because an assistant manager was unwilling to take over online orders. Luckily the store manager saved me after an hour because he realized what was happening. The last con would be time limits. You have 50 minutes to find each order after it comes in, even if you have multiple orders. Back to school season is challenging and can be a high stress environment. I enjoyed it, but many people would not.
