Cons
Low pay, few raises. team leads that treat the other employees poorly, scheduling personnel to close on one night only to have them come in and open the next morning, long hours being on your feet without being able to take a break (unless you are scheduled enough hours in the day to take a lunch/dinner break) disregard for personnel's time off requests, if you turn in a two week notice they will not give you any hours the last two weeks you are there - or if they do, they will really mess your schedule around the last two weeks you're there, like they are taking revenge on you for quitting. Point system for calling in sick, even if you have a doctors note due to illness or injury.
