Pros
the discount is rather good. 25% for most items 15% for all other items. People there are nice and you meet people who are just like you. Team Leads most times get you and support you.
Cons
Managers do not care about its employees the hours are random every week. Managers totally think that you are completely replaceable the raises are worthless, been there two years and barely made over a dollar in raises. the pay is terrible. the hours are only good in the summer and Christmas times. the return policy allows for customers to walk all over you. managers most times do not see your input as worth anything. managers use curse words and racist words and without any witness around its your word versus their word so they always win. they have a point system where it tracks when your late and when you call in. if your sick and call into work because you cant come in and you have a doctors note you can still get 4 points. after 24 points you get fired.
