Pay rate is entirely too low for the amount of work done daily in most departments Rewards or praise of doing hard and good work is very very rare Gossip is a huge issue throughout every store I have been to Managers usually do not care about your life outside of work Unkept promises of promotion to management and Manager in Training program Raises are rarely given and are very minimal unlike they were three years ago Work for a Team Lead is overbearing and very stressful even moreso than management Every few months the company tries to fix rules, policies, and ways of doing projects that are not broken so constant adaptation to new schemes Hours and work schedule vary constantly. Insurance is not very good at all.
