Pros

Tuition Reimbursement ($750/semester) 401k Paid Vacation Flexible Scheduling...usually okay with anything as long as you can work on the weekends. Everyone's pretty fun to work with. Company is constantly expanding and growing. --If you strive for it, you can become a manager in training or at least a Team Lead. Good discount - 25% Get to move around...not a good job for someone who is not slightly active.

Cons

When closing you will be expected to stay until at least 10:30-11pm. (Although this depends on your managers...with a particular manager I was there until 1 am a few times). Can be boring/tedious Again, if you are not interested in a job where you are on your feet for 6-9 hours a shift, do not work here. Although I liked the ability to be mobile.

Pros

The easiest thing about job is the work itself.

Cons

The upper management is horrible on every level. They don’t care enough to even give job interviews, so you don’t know what to expect on your first day. Expect someone to not train you, but aggressively micromanage you and let you know what you do is wrong but not show how to do anything correctly. I’ve never seen a retail place operate so “by the books” but will make up rules on the spot when it’s most convenient for them. There is a severe lack of communication and care all around, partly from a lot of the managers being on different parts of the spectrum. The senior employees will also take out their home life problems out on you bc they’re jealous you got more credit card applications than them. Don’t work here unless you enjoy high school petty drama from ladies that have worked 30+ years in retail.
