Cons
This company attracts tutors by claiming 'get paid for unbooked slots' and 'flexible schedule' . It used to be true, but nowadays, it seems more like a scam to attract applicants. your manager will lock unbooked slots and you don't get paid for these. Basically defeating the purpose, and what's worse, they do this one day before or hours before, so your students can't even book these slots last-minute. As for 'flexible schedule' - your manager will sometimes not open the slots you request. They force you into a time window where they think is busiest. So what part of this is 'flexible' again?
