Haven't experienced hierarchy. New ideas are always listened to and considered. They are reviewed by pros/cons of the idea and not by the job level of the person. Co-workers aren't one to ask too much about your personal life but are always helpful and friendly if you go to them with a question. Hours are standard and have never witnessed mandatory overtime, only people I've seen stay late choose to do so. They are flexible about taking a longer lunch when needed. Adequate paid time off structure.
