Brought on as a contractor with L3. The recruiter I worked with helped my find the job I've been looking for after college. Great foot in the door to a large company like L3.
Cons
Most of the jobs at L3 start off as contact.

Pros
Very motivating and great work environment for starter recruiters
They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.
Cons
No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
