Pros

The people in the office were great to work with.

Cons

Your managers are remote so training is almost non existent. You're supposed to have regular meetings with management but don't. Communication is extremely lacking and so is support when you need it. They will also make you a scapegoat for mistakes they made in training. I definitely see a lawsuit coming their way sooner or later.

Pros

They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.

Cons

No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
