Pros
Starting with less than a year of experience, Acara gave me the ability to advance my recruiting and technical skills and become an advanced Senior level Technical Recruiter. I was able to more than double my salary with commission in about 4 years, an increase of 230%.
I had 3-4 managers that were always level headed, strategic, teaching me new skills and allowing me to carve my niche in my own way. Simply put, this job gave me a career, and allowed me to land my dream job. I'd work for or with these managers at any company, anywhere, doing anything in the future.
If you are interested in making great money as a recruiter without the boiler room, stressful atmosphere like some recruiting firms, this is a great place for you.
If you want to learn technical recruiting for IT, Engineering and or Aerospace, this is also a great placer for you and there's lots of commission available if you hustle a bit.
If there are certain positions you'd prefer to recruit on, management will do their best to give you the flexibility.
No micromanagement, it's up to you to succeed and the management will help you get there if you try.
This was the best job I'd ever had, and helped me land my dream job. I am forever grateful. Yes, I hustled and built what I have, but Acara gave me that opportunity to hone my craft.
Cons
Health Benefits and 401k are a bit light but you can make a lot of money.
