      Culture, upper management, job expectations and workload, healthcare benefits, no investment in employees (401, education, etc).

      Pros

      They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.

      Cons

      No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
