      Pros

      Great Benefits make it the best contract house. No hassles. It's very easy to work with the folks at Superior.

      Cons

      The downside, like with any contract house, you are disconnected in some way from both companies. You don't really work anywhere.

      Pros

      They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.

      Cons

      No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
