Cons
- Management prefers looking developers outside instead of internal hiring (They don't believe what you capable to do even written on your resume or some open source code).
- Headquarter people have advantage on decision making.
- Annual review does not make any sense at all (e.g. rules won't be posted before review, new comer pm reviewing old staying employee performance, developers having multiple managers might review by some other non-direct managers but asked direct manager to sign)
