It’s a grind! Work hard and get rewarded. Handle your emotions don’t let them handle you, and you may survive. It’s sales so it’s not easy, it’s not meant to be. If you can’t perform you will wash out. Sometimes when things slow down only the fittest survive. Laid off with half the setters due to slow downs and not being at the top of the sales board during the most recent pay period.
