Pros
There are really great people to work with here and many great additions like a game room and free soda/coffee.
Cons
As another person here said, they do not promote from within 70% of the time. Do not expect requirements for any project that is handed to you and expect a very small time frame to build whatever it is that they want you to build on a whim. Pay is laughably low for a company of this size. Also there is certain management that should of never been allowed to manage anyone.
