Pros
Completely remote. Competitive salary. Travel abroad. Good people. Creative environment. Senior leaders really do feel strongly about the goals and are willing to invest in the right technology and hiring the right people.
Cons
Investing in people after they are hired is much different. Communication issues. Unstructured and confusing. Untrained leadership on how to lead people. Lack of trust from the top down. No real development for employees.
