-The employees were great -Small group of people -Moved up in pay during my time there -If the boss likes you, you are treated well
Cons
One of the owners is a somewhat emotional, meaning that working there can be a rollercoaster. It was a little bit of a middle school environment while I was there, with gossip and anger. There is a lot of employee turnover, so the environment could be different now. Not a company you stay at more than 4 years and the owner says that.
